BREAKING NEWS: The victim of the homicide investigation in North Philadelphia has been identified as 24-year-old Julian Day. Day was found shot multiple times inside a vehicle on 22nd Street near Jefferson.

Police were called to the scene at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 2nd. Upon arrival, they discovered Day's body inside a silver sedan. Detectives are currently investigating the incident and no arrests have been made.
